NASHnal Soil Testing (NST) provides numerous, cost effective geotechnical investigation, engineering, management and construction inspection and material testing services to clients in both public and private sectors. As a professional engineering consulting and construction services firm NST has qualified and knowledgeable, talented engineers and inspectors with several years of experience, expertise, communication skills and the drive to deliver complete satisfaction to every client on every project. NST’s engineers will identify and correct construction deficiencies before they become expensive and dangerous problems. NST provides cost effective and practical and implementable quality control /quality assurance services to meet our client’s needs.Additionaly NST has the capabilities to perform Ground Electrical Resistivity and Floor Flatness survey's.
Geotechnical Exploration
NST is IDOT-prequalified in the following category: Geotechnical Services (General Geotechnical Services), Geotechnical Services (Structure Geotechnical Reports) & Geotechnical Services (Subsurface Explorations). NST provides a full range of testing to support geotechnical engineering exploration. NST provides geotechnical engineering testing for subsurface soil and rock exploration, ground water evaluation and control, stress, distribution and settlement analysis, and soil stabilization design. NST also, provides geotechnical testing for design and field control of engineered fill materials, pavement design and slope stability analysis. Our fully equipped in-house and mobile testing labs permit us to be cost effective and proficient in our testing.
Laboratory
NST has a fully equipped, accredited by AASHTO, AMRL, CCRL and USACE materials testing lab where soils, concrete, asphalt, and masonry tests are performed to support geotechnical and materials engineering. In addition, NST was approved by US army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to perform laboratory testing services of construction materials in our Mobile Laboratories.
