USACE Lockport Powerhouse Dam

Selected as RCC Concrete Mix Design Engineering Firm and QA by ASI-ECI JV. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) $700 million Lockport Dam Rehabilitation Stage C project to address the issue of the leaking wall. Construction of 40 feet high, 1800 feet long DAM constructed using 780,000 cubic yards of Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC). Concrete was placed 24 hours a day by using large dump trucks and an onsite plant to produce RCC mix. RCC mix was designed in the NST laboratory.
